It uses a three blade cutter design to give consistent cuts in a variety of materials. You have the ability to cut round, square and irregular holes. It can cut up to 15 feet per minute. This is a good low priced alternative to the larger models available. Includes tool with shear head assembly.

We use several of these in an industrial manufacturing plant. They are tough, and do the job, year after year. Hey Vicky, to swivel the head, you simply loosen ONE bolt, swivel or rotate the shear head to the desired position, and retighten.

There are three bolts on the shear head. The bolt to loosen is the one that is closest to where the silver colored shear head attaches to the gray body. The wrench should be in the box. Enjoy!

Hi there,

I bought this shear because it said it had a swivel head, the box says it does but I can't get it to swivel. Am I doing something wrong? Please let me know.
